Disclosed are an apparatus and a method to measure oxide information of an electrical steel sheet. The apparatus to measure the oxide information of the electrical steel sheet comprises: a light source which irradiates an electrical steel sheet with infrared rays; a spectroscope which detects an absorption spectrum emitted from the electrical steel sheet; and an analyzing part which calculates the oxide information of the electrical steel sheet using a composition ratio between the oxide of a target element and a contrast element. |
