The invention provides a ventilation channel steel, a manufacturing method thereof, a ventilation structure and a motor. The ventilation channel steel provided by the present invention comprises a ventilation channel steel body having at least two ventilation ducts separated apart by at least one heat dissipation rib in the direction of the ventilation channel steel body. According to the ventilation channel steel provided by the present invention, the ventilation ducts are capable of reducing wind resistance and the resistance of a cooling system by dividing cooling gas into parts and comprising a wind induction effect. Moreover, the ventilation ducts and heat dissipation ribs increase the heat dissipation area of the ventilation channel steel by increasing a contact area with the cooling gas and make the cooling gas quickly take heat transferred to the ventilation channel steel by windings by enhancing heat dissipation.
