The present invention relates to an apparatus for assembling a rotor and a hub of a rotorcraft, such as a helicopter, which reduces the assembling time of the rotor and the hub by automatically assembling the rotor and the hub, which are the main components of the rotorcraft, thereby improving the productivity of the rotorcraft and improving assembling quality and work efficiency. The apparatus for automating the assembling of a rotor and a hub of a rotorcraft comprises: a robot which is arranged in the center of a work space; multiple worktables where multiple components are placed; jig frames where the components are fixed and assembled; and an operation part which controls the robot.
