PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular board structure having no danger even when a crack occurs in a hinge part, and not causing the trouble that after a board structure is turned back at the hinge part and held at a low temperature, a cover member is not restored to the horizontal state.SOLUTION: A vehicular board structure includes: a core material formed of a honeycomb body 15; a front face material 14 and a back face material 16 provided across the core material to close an opening of a hollow part of the honeycomb body 15 of the core material; a thermosetting resin 18 foamed and charged in the hollow part of the core material; and hinge parts 11, 12 formed by crushing some of the core material charged with the thermosetting resin 18 from the back face material 16 toward the front face material 14, to which the front face material 14 and the back face material 16 are bonded. The structure includes: a hinge sheet 13 provided across the hinge parts 11, 12 on the outside of the front face material 14 and having flexibility; and cover sheets 17, 17' provided to cover the hinge parts 11, 12 on the outside of the back face material 14 and having a nonwoven fabric layer. |
