PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system and a managing device for precisely detecting a change of an integrated circuit in a shipping stage.SOLUTION: The management system 1 includes: a first output device for outputting identification information of an integrated circuit that an integrated circuit manufacturer writes to the integrated circuit manufactured by the integrated circuit manufacturer; a second output device for outputting device information of a game device including the identification information of the integrated circuit used for the game device; and the managing device including an acquisition tool member of acquiring the identification information of the integrated circuit outputted from the first output device and the device information outputted from the second output device, and a collator of collating the identification information of the integrated circuit with the identification information of the integrated circuit included in the device information acquired by the acquisition tool member. |
