According to the present invention, a display device comprises a 2D light guiding plate and a 3D light guiding plate. When the display device implements a 2D image, the display device emits light by using only a light source provided on a side surface of the 2D light guiding plate in order to provide uniform light to an entire display panel. When the display device implements a 3D image, the display device emits light by using only a light source provided on a side surface of the 3D light guiding plate in order to provide light to the display panel. Band-shaped patterns with a pre-configured width are mutually arranged on two 3D light guiding plates in a vertical manner so that the 3D image may be implemented, when a screen is vertical or horizontal. |
