The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a waterway pipe and a method of manufacturing a waterway pipe using the same. An apparatus for manufacturing a waterway pipe according to the present invention includes one waterway forming mold (20) including front and rear plates (23 and 24) and left and right plates (22) which are coupled to each other through locking member (28) and a connecting piece (29), wherein the front and rear plates (23 and 24) are formed thereon with female and male socket forming parts (23a and 24a) based on a bottom plate (21) male, respectively; a plurality of waterway forming mold members (25) provided with a plurality of shaft inserting holes (25a) and having a volume size through which a waterway of the waterway pipe is formed on an upper surface of the bottom plate (21), wherein the waterway forming mold members (25) are spaced apart from each other by a predetermined interval; and a transfer passage forming mold (26) having a shaft inserting hole (26a) facing a shaft inserting hole (25a) of the waterway forming mold member (25) such that the transfer passage forming mold (26) is shaft-fixed between the waterway forming mold members (25) by a mold fixing shaft (27) while disposing an upper end surface thereof on the same plane as that of an upper end surface of the waterway forming mold member (25), wherein the waterway forming mold member (25) is shaft-fixed by the mold fixing shaft (27) and is disposed at a height such that an empty space is formed to have a predetermined height (H) from the bottom plate (21). |
