a frame; a pickup roll carried by said frame; and a feed assist roll carried by said frame and positioned adjacent said pickup roll, said feed assist roll having a plurality of radially outwardly extending cleats spaced apart around a periphery thereof, and at least one extension plate, each said extension plate being removably attached to and extending a corresponding said cleat in at least one direction.
