According to the invention, it is provided that the screw nut (2) or the optional cam plate has at least one first tightening stop surface (17), active in the tightening direction (F), for interacting with a second tightening stop surface (18) of the annular element (10), and therefore the screw nut (2) or the optional cam plate (33) carries along the annular element (10) upon force activation of the drive (7) of the screw nut (2) by the tool in the tightening direction (F), in particular once the first cam surface (15) has slid along the second cam surface (16), and that the braking means (3) are designed such that they prevent rotation of the screw nut (2) upon rotation of the annular element (10); counter to the tightening direction (F) in order that, when the annular element (10) is subjected to the action of force counter to the tightening direction, the screw nut (2) and the annular element (10) are adjusted axially away from one another, in order thus for the screw nut (2) and the annular element (10) to be braced to a more pronounced extent in relation to one another.
