PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device, control method, and program that improve security accuracy by suppressing the transmission of a mail that is automatically transferred to an external address.SOLUTION: When a mail relay device 103 receives an e-mail that is transmitted from a mail transmission/reception device 102, the mail relay device 103 determines whether or not it is a transfer mail on the basis of the format of the received e-mail; and in addition, after determining whether or not it is a transfer mail to an external address, isolates or deletes the transfer mail to the external address.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
