PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire harness manufacturing device and a wire harness manufacturing method, capable of facilitating work from insertion of electric wires into a plurality of protective tubes to insertion of a rubber plug into the electric wires.SOLUTION: Provided is a wire harness manufacturing device having: a protective tube supply part 10 which automatically supplies a plurality of protective tubes T for protecting electric wires W in an extending direction by inserting the electric wires W in a state in which the plurality of electric wires W are arranged side by side in the insertion direction of the electric wires W; a protective tube arraying/arranging part 20 which arrays and arranges the plurality of protective tubes T supplied by the protective tube supply part 10 linearly in an arrangement in which the electric wires W are manually inserted; a protective tube automatic fixing part 30 which automatically fixes to the protective tube arraying/arranging part 20 the plurality of protective tubes T arrayed and arranged on the protective tube arraying/arranging part 20; and a rubber plug automatic insertion part 40 which automatically inserts the electric wires W manually inserted into the plurality of protective tubes T fixed to the protective tube arraying/arranging part 20 into a rubber plug P having an insertion hole into which the electric wires W are inserted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
