PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve energy saving performance and convenience as the whole device by making situation determination capability of moving body detection means, that may serve as an information transmission source for power supply control of a load designed to improve the energy-saving performance and the convenience, higher than that of a case which does not have this present structure.SOLUTION: An infrared array sensor 28IR is applied by arranging a plurality of elements for detecting a heat source in a two-dimensional matrix, as a first human sensor 28. A detection part 28A is a thermopile element for detecting the heat source, and formed by many pixels in a shape of 8×8 (64 elements) in a two-dimensional matrix. A detection result determination part 60 determines presence of a person from temperature distribution, on the basis of a temperature distribution-state collation table, as a basic pattern. On the basis of determination of the basic pattern, a motion state of the person is determined from an application pattern, transmitted to a monitoring control part 24 through a state information output part 64 to determine necessity of transition from a sleep mode to a standby mode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 |
