PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement multi-channel measurement while sufficiently improving a temporal resolution.SOLUTION: A streak tube 1 comprises: a container 2 including an incidence plane plate 13a and an output plane plate 13b; a photoelectric plane 15 that is provided at a side of the incidence plane plate 13a; a fluorescent plane 17 that is provided at a side of the output plane plate 13b within the container 2; a mesh acceleration electrode 3 which is disposed oppositely to the photoelectric plane 15; a first convergence electrode 5 and an anode electrode 7 which are disposed between the mesh acceleration electrode 3 and the fluorescent plane 17; a sweep electrode 9 that is provided among the first convergence electrode 5, the anode electrode 7 and the fluorescent plane 17 and sweeps electrons in an X-axis direction; and a second convergence electrode 11 that is disposed between the sweep electrode 9 and the fluorescent plane 17. The mesh acceleration electrode 3, the first convergence electrode 5 and the anode electrode 7 form a one-dimensional convergence lens for converging electrons in the X-axis direction, and the second convergence electrode 11 forms a one-dimensional convergence lens for converging electrons in a Y-axis direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
