PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an image suitable to understand the state of a monitored area.SOLUTION: A monitoring system 1 comprises: a monitoring camera 2 for shooting from the ground; a flight device 3 having a shooting part 31a for shooting from the sky; and a sensor device 4. The sensor device 4 includes: a direction calculating unit 43ca calculating an opposite direction opposite to a shooting direction of the monitoring camera 2; a position calculating unit 43cb calculating a target position for sandwiching a shooting range of the monitoring camera 2 between a shooting position and the target position; and a flight device controlling unit 43d controlling to move the flight device 3 to the target position and to direct the shooting part 31a in the opposite direction to shoot the shooting range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
