FUNCTIONAL DRINK SUITABLE FOR DIABETICS AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

A functional drink suitable for diabetics, comprising 0.5-2 parts of green tea extract, 0.1-0.5 parts of a yerba mate extract, 0.1-0.5 parts of a guarana extract, 0.05-0.2 parts of an Asian ginseng extract, 0.05-0.2 parts of an acerola cherry extract, 0.05-0.2 parts of a rosemary extract, 0.5-2 parts of a natural flavoring agent and 0.5-2 parts of a natural sweetener, the balance being water. The preparation method thereof comprises: stirring and mixing the above components at a room temperature; centrifuging the mixed liquid at a high speed to obtain a separated liquid for standby use; homogenizing the separated liquid via a homogenizer; and filtering and sterilizing the homogenized liquid via a microporous filter membrane to obtain the functional drink.
