[Problem] To prevent the lock body and the ignition switch from becoming easily disassembled. [Solution] A steering lock device (1) is configured so that a movable platen (7) of an ignition switch (6) is coupled to an engagement part (23) (two face width part) of a driver (2) that protrudes from a lock body (3), and the movable platen (7) turns in an integrated manner when an ignition key is operated, wherein a groove (70a) having a width that conforms to the engagement part (23) is provided on a shaft part (70) of the movable platen (7), a notched groove (65a) through which the engagement part (23) can pass is provided in a portion of a cover part (65) that encircles the outer periphery of the shaft part (70) of the ignition switch (6), the engagement part (23) is configured to pass through the notched groove (65a) from the radial direction of the turning axis of the movable platen (7) so as to engage with the groove (70a), and an obstruction wall (44) that obstructs the removal of the ignition switch (6) from the driver (2) when the driver (2) is arranged at an angular position corresponding to the off position of the ignition key, is provided in an integrated manner with the lock body (3). |
