An LED lamp and manufacturing method thereof, the LED lamp comprising: a lamp body (1), a heat dissipation member (2), an LED board (3), a lampshade (4), a PCB driving board (7), and a bolt (5). One opening end of the lamp body (1) is sequentially covered and disposed with the heat dissipation member (2) of the LED board (3) and the lampshade (4), and the other opening end of the lamp body (1) is screwably connected to the bolt (5). The PCB driving board (7) is inserted within an inner cup body (14) of the lamp body (1). The lamp body (1) is composed of a light cup (11), a transition portion (12) formed through gradually reducing diameter at the bottom portion of the light cup (11), a connector (13) having an external thread, an inner cup body (14) protruding in the direction of an opening along the transition portion (12) on the inner wall of the lamp body (1), several studs (15) axially disposed at the inside wall of the inner cup body (14) or at the outside end of the inner cup body (14), an annular slot (16) formed between the light cup (11) and the inner cup body (14). Also disclosed is the manufacturing method thereof. |
