The present invention relates to a method for preparing red ginseng salted in red pepper paste and red ginseng salted in red pepper paste prepared thereby. More specifically, the method for preparing red ginseng salted in red pepper paste comprises the following steps: (1) soaking 4-6 years-grown-red ginseng in purified water, or steaming the same for softening; (2) separating the softened red ginseng into pieces having a predetermined size; and (3) mixing the separated red ginseng pieces with seasoning including red pepper paste, and placing the mixed seasoning into a sealed container. Accordingly, the method for preparing red ginseng salted in red pepper paste: enables a user to take the red ginseng pieces as a preferable side dish in everyday dietary life; salts the soften red ginseng in the red pepper paste, thereby having excellent texture and taste of the red ginseng pieces; enables the user to take active ingredients and polysaccharides of tens of components such as ginsenosides, etc., included in the red ginseng; and enables the user to design a diet with health function improved by the seasoning including the red pepper paste. |
