ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DISPLAY DEVICE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

The purpose of the present invention is to provide an organic light emitting display device capable of reducing the resistance of a second electrode and preventing the corrosion of a pad electrode and a metal transition phenomenon without an additional mask process. The organic light emitting display device according to the present invention to achieve the purpose includes: a substrate including a picture element region and a pad region; a thin film transistor formed in the picture element region of the substrate; a first electrode electrically connected to the thin film transistor; an organic light emitting layer formed in the first electrode; and a second electrode formed in the organic light emitting layer. In addition, the organic light emitting device according to the present invention includes: an auxiliary electrode connected to the second electrode and formed in the same layer with the first electrode; an auxiliary wire connected to the auxiliary electrode and formed in the lower side of the auxiliary electrode; the pad formed in the pad region of the substrate; and the pad electrode connected to the pad. The pad electrode is made of the same material with the auxiliary wire.
