摘要 A device and method for detecting a disordered rope in multi-layer winding around a reel. The detecting device comprises a screw motor (18), a screw coupling (15), a screw (14), an optical axis (7), a screw nut (12), a linear bearing (4), and a detecting mechanism. The detecting mechanism comprises contact switches (5) and a contact switch support (6). The contact switch support (6) is installed between the linear bearing (4) and the screw nut (12). The contact switches (5) are connected to the contact switch support (6). A coder (22) is installed on a coder support (21). The coder support (21) is installed on a reel support (23). A signal wire of the coder (22) and a signal wire of a strip-shaped contact switch (5) are connected a PLC input end. When the phenomenon of rope disorder occurs, the strip-shaped contact switch (5) touches disordered ropes, and at this time, a triggering signal of the strip-shaped contact switch (5) is transmitted to a PLC, an alarm is given, and a machine is stopped, thereby avoiding an damage and a rope break caused by the disordered winding of steel wire ropes, and prolonging the service life of the steel wire ropes.
