摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid oxide fuel cell having high performance and high reliability by suppressing exfoliation that occurs between a cathode and a layer (electrolyte layer or the like) neighboring to the cathode.SOLUTION: In a solid oxide fuel cell 1, a cathode 11 includes: an active layer 111 formed from a porous body that is disposed at a side of an electrolyte layer 13; and a collector layer 112 formed from a porous body that is disposed in contact with the active layer 111, on the active layer 111. The porous body forming the active layer 111 is prepared by using a first powder material having ion conductivity, and the porous body forming the collector layer 112 is prepared by using a second powder material having electron conductivity. An average particle diameter (a particle diameter (D50) that volume accumulation corresponds to 50%) of the second powder material is greater than an average particle diameter (D50) of the first powder material. In the second powder material, a value (D10/D50) resulting from dividing a particle diameter (D10) that volume accumulation from a side of a smaller particle diameter corresponds to 10%, with the average particle diameter is 0.60 or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
