PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect a dynamic body of a detection target while suppressing erroneous detection caused by a mobile body in a shape like a bird, for example, or an object in a random shape by simultaneously utilizing a visible-light-imaged image and an infrared-imaged image.SOLUTION: An EO bird candidate image extraction part 151 extracts an EO bird candidate image from an EO-imaged image. On the basis of a luminance gradient histogram of the EO bird candidate image, an EO bird candidate determination part 153 determines whether a bird is detected within the EO-imaged image in a primary manner. An EO bird coordinate extraction part 155 estimates EO camera coordinates which are coordinates indicating a position of the bird that is determined by the EO bird candidate determination part 153 in the primary manner, while defining an EO imaging apparatus 200 as a reference. An IR bird coordinate estimation part 156 estimates IR camera coordinates which are coordinates indicating a position corresponding to the EO camera coordinates while defining an IR imaging apparatus 300 as a reference and outputs an IR estimation image in which a bird candidate is disposed on the IR camera coordinates in an estimated manner. On the basis of similarity between luminance distribution of the IR-imaged image and luminance distribution of the IR estimation image, an IR bird candidate estimation part 158 determines whether the bird candidate is a bird.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
