Disclosed is a large-diameter metal-lined spiral welded steel pipe, comprising a pipe (101) formed by spirally winding a main steel sheet (100); an inner wall of the pipe is provided with a first liner (200) and a second liner (300), the first liner is spirally fitted to a surface of the main steel sheet, the width of the first liner being less than the width of the main steel sheet, and the second liner is spirally fitted to a spiral seam (102) formed between adjacent pipes, the left and right sides of the second liner being respectively welded to the first liners adjacent thereto, and the first liner and the second liner covering the inner wall of the whole pipe; a reinforcing ring (400) having a semi-closed shape in a cross-section thereof is spirally disposed along the external wall of the pipe, and a spiral path is formed between the inner wall of the reinforcing ring and the external wall of the pipe. Also disclosed are a manufacturing method of the large-diameter metal-lined spiral welded steel pipe. The metal lining disposed in the inner wall of the steel pipe can improve corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance of the pipe and avoid fluid contamination; the reinforcing ring disposed on the external wall of the steel pipe can improve a moment of inertia of a circular cross section of the pipe wall, and the wall thickness of the main sheet is thinner than a common steel pipe wall and can therefore reduce costs. |
