A hemodiafilter comprises a tubular container and a bundle of hollow fiber membranes packed in the tubular container. Both ends of the hollow fiber membranes are potted to both ends of the tubular container with a curable resin, and are open at both ends of the tubular container. The hollow fiber membranes have a crimp shape. The packing percentage F (%) of the hollow fiber membrane bundle in the tubular container is 53% to 63% inclusive. The distance L (mm) between the open ends of the hollow fiber membranes is not more than 325 mm. The effective membrane area A (m2) of the hollow fiber membrane bundle and the aperture ratio X (%) of the open ends of the hollow fiber membrane bundle satisfy 18 + 2 × A < X < 28 + 2 × A.
