An absorptive article is provided which does not make the wearer feel uncomfortable when lying down and which makes it easy to fit an absorbent body along the intergluteal cleft. This absorptive article (1) has a length direction (L) and width direction (W) orthogonal to each other, an excretion orifice contact region (S1) which faces towards the excretion orifice of the wearer, a rear region (S3) positioned to the rear of the excretion orifice contact region (S1), and an absorbent body (30) which is arranged in at least the excretion orifice contact region (S1) and the rear region (S3). The absorbent body (30) is provided with a first low-basis-weight region (41) which extends in the width direction (W) between the excretion orifice contact region (S1) and the rear region (S3), and with a second low-basis-weight region (42) which, in the rear region (S3), extends in the length direction (L) along a centerline (CL) which connects the centers in the width direction (W). The second low-basis-weight region (42) is linked to the first low-basis-weight region (41). |
