Disclosed are a processor integrating computing and memory on the basis of a material implication operation of a memristor and an operating method therefor. The processor is formed by connecting a plurality of computing and memory units (CMU) through a communication network. A device capable of memorizing resistance, namely a memristor, is used. When a circuit is designed, a resistive characteristic of the memristor already participates in completing relevant computing, and a computing result is saved by using a resistance state of the memristor, so that a step in a traditional computer system for outputting the computing result to a memory is omitted, and integration of computing and memory is realized. By means of a communication network, data in any CMU can be used as an operand to perform the computing and be saved in a designated CMU. The CMU can not only store the data, but can also be used as a computing unit, thus being different from existing computer systems that must use a dedicated operator and storage device, so that parallel computing and parallel storage can be very conveniently performed. |
