The present invention relates to a method for preparing a detox beverage and a detox beverage prepared by the method for preparing a detox beverage. Particularly, the present invention relates to a method for preparing a detox beverage, including, a step for preparing a vegetable mixture, a step for preparing an extraction liquid, and a step for preparing a detox beverage; and to a detox beverage prepared by the method for preparing the same. According to the present invention, the detox beverage prepared by the method has effects of not adding a sweetener and the like, in a manner different from a conventional detox beverage; not having a fishy taste or a disgusting odor or the like to allow a user to easily drink the same; allowing various age groups including adults and children to drink the same; and having detox effects by including abundant antioxidant materials, fibers, and various minerals. |
