PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve low power consumption and a high-speed operation of a semiconductor integrated circuit.SOLUTION: A semiconductor integrate circuit of the present embodiment includes a switch circuit 20 connected between a voltage line 900 and a first circuit 190, for controlling supply of voltage to the first circuit 190. The switch circuit 20 includes a first switch block 210 and a second switch block 290 including a plurality of switch sections 291. The first switch block 210 controls connection between the voltage line 900 and the first circuit 190 on the basis of a first control signal by a first control method. The second switch block 290 controls connection between the voltage line 900 and the first circuit 190 on the basis of a plurality of second control signals different from the first control signal by a second control method different from the first control method.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
