PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor unit of an air conditioner capable of securing an air amount which transmits an adsorption member without depending on an air amount which passes through an outdoor heat exchanger.SOLUTION: In an outdoor unit 30, air which does not pass through an outdoor heat exchanger 33 flows in from a suction opening 46b. As a result, when frosting to the outdoor heat exchanger 33 occurs, the amount of air corresponding to the air amount decreased by the draft resistance increase in the outdoor heat exchanger 33 is introduced from the suction opening 46b.
