PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation device which performs control by rewriting to an appropriate firmware according to fluctuation in surrounding operation environment.SOLUTION: An environment acquiring part 202 acquires environment information related to the environment around a compound machine 100 from an environment sensor. A memory part 203a stores an environment condition table in which a registration environment information about environment condition is stored, and a firmware table for storing a firmware corresponding to the registration environment information. An environment determination part 203, based on the environment condition table, determines whether the environment information that is acquired corresponds to the registration environment information or not. A firmware selection part 204, in a case where the environment information corresponds to the registration environment information, selects a firmware corresponding to the registration environment information. A firmware rewriting part 205 rewrites a firmware which is being currently used into a selected firmware, and executes reactivation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
