PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine an evacuation place for maintenance staff in consideration of early restoration of a facility installed in a customer's institution in a case of occurrence of a disaster.SOLUTION: Included are a current position information acquisition unit 21 that acquires current position information of maintenance staff by utilizing a GPS feature of a handheld terminal 4 in a case of occurrence of a disaster, a disaster-stricken state information acquisition unit 23 that acquires disaster-stricken state information representing a disaster-stricken state of a facility, which is installed in each building 1, in a case of occurrence of a disaster, an evacuation information production unit 25 that produces for each maintenance staff evacuation information, which represents an evacuation place of the maintenance staff in consideration of early restoration of the facility, on the basis of the current position of the maintenance staff and the disaster-stricken state of the facility, and an evacuation place instruction unit 26 that instructs a branch office 3 as the evacuation place of each maintenance staff by transmitting the evacuation information to each handheld terminal 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
