The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a series of pipe retainers to be attached onto plates (1) positioned on the walls of an industrial site facility room. Said manufacturing method mainly includes: a step for placing an identifier on each plate (1) positioned on the walls of the room; a step for selecting a series of retainers Ss, from a catalogue of standardized retainers, points Pt, and theoretical vectors Vt; a step for topometrically reading, via contact with the plate, three-dimensional coordinates of the actual position of at least two reference points Pr from each of said plates (1) in the room; a step for calculating, for each plate on the basis of the reference points Pr, the three-dimensional digital coordinates of at least one characteristic point Pc and at least one characteristic vector Vc; a step for calculating, for each of the plates (1) positioned in the room, the differences Dp and Dv between the corresponding plates (1) of the digital representation, the differences Dp and Dv being calculated between point Pc and point Pt and between vector Vc and vector Vt, respectively; a step for changing the geometry of each of the retainers Ss selected on the basis of the corresponding differences Dp and Dv; and a step for recording, for each of the changed retainers Sm, an identifier corresponding with the previously identified plate (1). |
