Provided are an implementation method and device for downloading a resource through a CDN, and a server and a client. The method comprises: intercepting original webpage data sent to a client by a source server, the original webpage data comprising address information about the source server and address information about a static resource in the source server; and adjusting the address information about the static resource in the intercepted original webpage data in the source server into a link address directed at a corresponding CDN server, and then sending same to a client, so as to enable the client to download a corresponding static resource from a corresponding CDN server. In this way, the client will jump to a corresponding CDN server to request a static resource, and if a corresponding static resource is not cached to the CDN server, the CDN server can be triggered to actively request the corresponding static resource from the source server according to the address of the source server indicated by the link address and the address of the static resource in the source server. In this way, the active synchronization of the CDN server with the source server is achieved. |
