This portable electronic apparatus is provided with an apparatus main body, and a first cover and a second cover, which sandwich the apparatus main body therebetween. The first cover has a plurality of holding sections that hold the apparatus main body such that the apparatus main body is held therein, and the second cover has second cover fixing sections that fix the second cover to the apparatus main body, said second cover sandwiching the holding sections between the apparatus main body and the second cover in a state wherein the second cover is fixed to the apparatus main body by means of the second cover fixing sections. |
