A balloon cuff (4) and automatic blood pressure measurement apparatus. The balloon cuff (4) comprises an inner ring balloon section (41), an outer ring balloon section (41), and a drag section (43), the overall outward appearance of the balloon cuff (4) being a fan ring shape; one, two, or more balloons are arranged in the balloon cuff (4), the balloons being arranged in balloon connecting sleeves (413) corresponding to the positions of the inner ring balloon section (41) and the outer ring balloon section (42); a support rib (44) is arranged on the balloon cuff (4), the support rib being placed in a rib connecting sleeve (45); regarding the inner ring balloon section (41), when only one balloon is arranged therein, the width of the support rib (44) is basically the same as the width of said one balloon, and when two or more balloons are arranged therein, the support rib (44) is basically the same as the width of the balloon nearest to the long arc-shaped side of the balloon cuff (4); and in the position corresponding to at least most of the outer ring balloon section (42) and the drag section (43), the width of the support rib (44) is reduced to around 1/3 of the width of the outer ring balloon section (42). The present balloon cuff (4) significantly reduces the unidirectional pressure on the limb being tested, and improves the measurement accuracy of the apparatus. |
