Provided is a solar cell, comprising a base (11), a doped emitter layer (13), a composite anti-reflection layer (14), a first electrode (15), a second electrode (16), a third electrode (17) and a back electric field layer (18), wherein the base (11) has a first surface (112) and a second surface (116) opposite to the first surface, the first surface (112) being a light incident surface; the doped emitter layer (13) comprises a plurality of protrusions (114) and is located on the first surface (112); the composite anti-reflection layer (14) is formed by compositing multilayer film layers (142, 144, 146) and is located on the doped emitter layer (13); the first electrode (15) is located at a side of the first surface (112); the second electrode (16) and the third electrode (17) are located at a side of the second surface (116), the second electrode (16) being a bus electrode, and the third electrode (17) being a back electrode; and the back electric field layer (18) is located on the second surface (116) and is electrically coupled with the third electrode (17). A solar cell using the above-mentioned structure has the advantage of being able to improve cell efficiency. Further provided is a preparation method for the above-mentioned solar cell. |
