Specifically, the invention relates to a method for analyzing biological tissue, characterized in that, with respect to two or more proteins binding to a specific biological component, two or more probes each containing a domain binding to the biological component are applied to isolated biological tissue and the amount of each probe which bound to the biological tissue is analyzed.
