The present invention provides a plume reducing cooling tower using a heat exchange between branch pipes and an eliminator including: a body with intakes, through which external air flows in, in lateral surfaces and a vent through which air is discharged in a top surface; a heat exchange unit arranged inside the body, exchanging external air and high-temperature cooling water supplied from an external freezer; spraying nozzles spraying the cooling water to the heat exchange unit; condensers arranged along an upper inner surface of the body to face to each other; and an eliminator arranged in the upper side of the heat exchange unit and collecting water droplets contained in the air heat-exchanged by the heat exchange unit; and the branch pipes arranged in the eliminator, having a lower part where the spraying nozzles are connected, through which the high-temperature cooling water flows, and enabling the heat exchange between the cooling water and the eliminator. The present invention is capable of heat-exchanging the cooling water and the air passing through the eliminator by arranging the branch pipes through which the high-temperature cooling water flows to be heat-exchanged with the eliminator, thereby lowering the humidity of the air discharged to the outside. Thus, an effect of preventing a plume is obtained. |
