The present invention pertains to a combination comprising (a) at least one c-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK) inhibitor and (b) 4-(4-methylpiperazin-1-ylmethyl)-N-[4-methyl-3-(4-pyridin-3-yl)pyrimidin-2-ylamino)phenyl]-benzamide or a pyrimidylaminobenzamide of formula I
wherein the radicals and symbols are as defined herein, or, respectively, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and its use for the manufacture of a pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumors.
