PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology which allows a signal from a radio communication device to be received easily by each of a plurality of communication partner devices including a communication partner device at a fixed location.SOLUTION: A host base station 1A which is a radio communication device comprises a plurality of antennas 10a and a communication unit 14 which performs communication using the plurality of antennas 10a. The communication unit 14 uses a plurality of transmission weight vectors differing from each other, including a first transmission weight vector needed to direct a beam pertaining to transmission directivity in the plurality of antennas 10a toward a communication partner device at a fixed location, as it transmits one and the same transmission signal from the plurality of antennas 10a a number of times. |
