PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric connection structure which maintains the sealability even if misalignment occurs between center axes of two through holes when electrical connections are made through the two through holes respectively formed at two housings, and to provide a sealing apparatus and an inverter integrated motor.SOLUTION: An inverter integrated motor 100 includes a connection member 1 inserted into a though hole 111A of an inverter case 111 and a through hole 122A of a motor case 121. The connection member 1 includes a fist seal member 2 and a second seal member 4 which respectively seal a space between the through hole 111A and the cable 11 and a space between the through hole 122A and the cable 11. The second seal member 4 includes first and second annular members 41, 42 located adjacent to a seal ring 40, and the first and second annular members 41, 42 may move relative to the first seal member 2 in a direction perpendicular to a center axis of the cable 11, have rigidity higher than that of the seal ring 40, and restrict a position of the cable 11 relative to the through hole 122A at the inner peripheral side of the seal ring 40. |
