The communication device 41 has a slot allocation section 41a and a list creation section 41b. The slot allocation section 41a allocates a first communication slot to a packet. The list creation section 41b registers a communication slot number of the allocated first communication slot in a list to transmit it to a group of the next stage. The communication device 42 has a slot allocation section 42a and a list creation section 42b. The slot allocation section 42a allocates a second communication slot to a packet. The list creation section 42b registers a communication slot number of the allocated second communication slot in the list transmitted from the first group G1. |
