The present invention relates to a reactive extrusion screw, a twin screw extruder including the same, and a biodegradable resin produced using the same, wherein the reactive extrusion screw includes a mixing zone and the mixing zone includes a plurality of kneading blocks, wherein among the kneading blocks, a kneading block located at the end in the direction of travel of reactants is a reverse kneading block. According to the present invention, the resting time of the reactants inside the extruder can be controlled by using the reactive extrusion screw, so the time required for a chain extension reaction between biodegradable polymers and chain extenders is secured and a high-molecular-weight biodegradable resin can be produced without suffering the problem of a reduced melt index caused by side reactions which occur during a drying or re-extrusion process due to the presence of unreacted residual chain extenders from the compound process.
