A vehicle cooling device comprises: at least one among a radiator or a condenser; a fan cover having a fan to cool at least one among the radiator or the condenser; a connection unit where the radiator, the condenser, and the fan cover are electrified with a positive charge, connecting the fan cover to the radiator or the condenser; and a self-discharge type anti-static device installed on a non-conductive wall surface of the connection unit and lowering a charging amount on the non-conductive wall surface within a limited range based on the number of installed anti-static devices. The radiator or the condenser is electrified by the self-discharge type anti-static device. |
