PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetoelectric transducer which increases the maximum input power, thereby achieving high sensitivity.SOLUTION: A magnetoelectric transducer comprises: a substrate; a magnetic sensing part of a semiconductor layer provided on the substrate; and an electrode electrically connected with the magnetic sensing part. The maximum input power is increased by increasing an area ratio of an area of the magnetic sensing part to an area of a substrate, and thus high sensitivity is achieved by increasing the input power. Increasing the ratio of the area of the magnetic sensing part to the area of the substrate increases a heat conduction area and a heat loss coefficient. The increase in the heat conduction area and the heat loss coefficient leads to the maximum input power. Thus, high sensitivity is achieved. |
