Electrodes (21) for a touch sensor have a plurality of strip electrodes (31DP) arranged along an arrangement direction (D1) which is one direction, with spaces therebetween. Each of the strip electrodes (31DP) is an aggregate of a plurality of electrode wires (31L) disposed keeping spaces therebetween. Each total area of the plurality of electrode wires (31L) in a respective strip electrode (31DP) is uniform in the plurality of strip electrodes (31DP), the plurality of strip electrodes (31DP) include an end strip electrode (31DE) and another strip electrode (31 DM) except for the end strip electrode, the end strip electrode being located at least at one end of the arrangement direction (D1), and when a ratio of a total area of the electrode wires (31L) to an area of a respective strip electrode (31DP) is defined as an area ratio in the strip electrode, the area ratio in the end strip electrode (31DE) is different from the area ratio in the other strip electrode (31DM). |
