PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heat an object to be cooked by appropriate firepower with no excess or deficiency when the present cooking mode is a container cooking mode regardless of the previous cooking mode when cooking is performed using a repetitive heating chamber in a heating cooker capable of selecting a cooking mode between a container cooking mode using a heating container and a non-container cooking mode which uses a cooking utensil other than a heating container, such as a gridiron.SOLUTION: When a container cooking mode is selected for the present cooking mode when cooking is performed using a repetitive heating chamber 2, a temperature state of a heating container 5 at the start of cooking is determined based on the previous cooking mode, and a thermal dose of gas burners 55 and 56 is controlled. |
