PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable multidirectional input device capable of preventing intrusion of a foreign matter, even when an operation member is formed of synthetic resin.SOLUTION: A multidirectional input device (1) includes a housing (2) having an aperture (211), an operation member (7) capable of tilting operation and having a shaft (71) projecting from the aperture (211), and a flange (72) disposed on the outside of the housing (2) and facing the aperture (211), and detection means for detecting the tilting operation of the operation member (7). The shaft (71) of the operation member (7) is composed of a synthetic resin, and the flange (72) is composed of an elastically deformable elastic material integrated with the shaft (71). |
