PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To link users on the IVR processing side with those on the website side.SOLUTION: In an address information transmission system 1, a user ID generation unit 12 acquires the terminal telephone number of a user terminal 40 included in an incoming call from a connection processing unit 21 which accepted the incoming call from the user terminal 40, and generates a user ID to identify the user terminal on the basis of the acquired terminal telephone number. An address information generation unit 13 adds the user ID to first address information to generate second address information which is needed for the user terminal to access a website, and then transmits the second address information to the user terminal 40 by means of an electronic message. |
