PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat radiation sheet which maintains the flexibility of a silicone rubber layer even if the thickness is reduced and reduces a surface tacky property (adhesiveness) of a silicone rubber sheet, and to provide a manufacturing method of the heat radiation sheet.SOLUTION: In a heat radiation sheet of this invention, an inner layer is a silicone rubber layer (6) and a non adhesive layer (3) is disposed on at least one surface. The non adhesive layer (3) is a thin film including solvent soluble type resin and reduces a surface tacky property of the silicone rubber layer (6) on the inner layer. The non adhesive layer (3) is bonded to the silicone rubber layer (6) by a transfer method. |
